First excerpts of Memo - on Fox now

That's perjury, not contempt. It mentions contempt in passing.

And it's for a court in india. That's a different country.

Your cases are somehow getting worse. I'm impressed.

Maybe he's a fan RBG lol

Withholding evidence is withholding evidence

Get a sense of humor

I never even said I'd provide case law. I merely said withholding evidence can be considered contempt.

The reality is that it won't do any good. This is a leftist echo chamber shill swamp. The people who run it apparently want it that way. I suggest just hitting them over the head with truth bombs and then point and laugh.

Oh man. Retarded again

Anyways. Plenty of withholding evidence cases.

At this point it's 80% derailing in here headed up by a Mod.

Spamming irrelevant links is thread derailment.
Those are withholding evidence links

Non stop GIFS and insulting is derailing. But when the MOD is part of it. What can you do

I didn't read the links but withholding evidence is perjury.

You spent half the afternoon talking about gobbling sperm.
And by that you mean 1 post, right?

The lies are strong from the right tonight. And just now Hannity's head is exploding.

these are all from the same case. You aren't reading them before posting them.

"Today's historic precedent demonstrates that when a judge orders a prosecutor to look in his file and disclose exculpatory evidence, deliberate failure to do so is punishable by contempt,"

"continues to ignore a court order "

again, the issue is that they are withholding evidence in violation of a court order. (what's more, the evidence in question is exculpatory, not impeachment, but thats a whole nother kettle of fish) This is different from an affidavit that doesn't mention everything.
