Firas Zahabi vs John Kavanagh

Firas because he's not the Irish Edmond.
“It’s hard to put in words why I think he will be remembered as the greatest of all time," Kavanagh recently told SevereMMA. "I do think that he will definitely be a two-weight world champion, that’s a given, and I think with a certain set of circumstances he will be the first and only three-weight division UFC champion. That would be at featherweight, lightweight and welterweight."

Can McGregor become the first to win titles in three? “It’s not hard for me to imagine that scenario," Kavanagh said.

"I think two people have already done it in two weight classes and even then they did in a time that was a little different – the skill set was a little bit lower."

"I've seen that rumours of Conor fighting Robbie Lawler for the 170lbs belt at UFC 200 on 9 July have been gathering momentum," Kavanagh wrote. "It's not something we have discussed specifically but after Conor wins the lightweight belt, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the next fight is for the welterweight belt.

"If that's what Conor wants to do, I'll absolutely support that move. I think that would be fantastic. We're already talking about making history in a few weeks, but can you imagine what it will be like if Conor is the champion in three weight classes by the summer?"

"I don't know how anybody would prepare to fight Conor to be honest. With Conor I don't see any weaknesses or errors."

"I have this kind of image in my head of UFC 200 with Conor headlining for the LW belt and Gunnar co-maining for the WW belt."

You know the answer, I don't know why you made this thread. It's obviously Firas because many good fighters have benefited from working with him. John only has one star player and that's Conor.

Conor and Gunnar vs GSP and Rory... Pretty even.

Kavanagh isn't a good coach to the winner is zahabi

Who's the better head coach and why?
Firas and it's not even close. I like Kavanaugh too, seems like a cool dude.

But Firas doesn't let GSP or Rory play touch butt in the park during training camp.

serious question... is there a single elite fighter that firas has trained from the ground up?

He molded both GSP and Rory into 2 of the most complete and skilled fighters in the history of the sport.

Kavanaugh has Conor, and all the credit to him, but Conor is the most one-dimensional champion since Brock and Ronda. (Funny they are all UFC hype jobs too lol).

JK don't deserve to be mentioned in the same light as Firas Zahabi and is light yrs ahead of him

My god you're an idiot if you think that. Don't even speak Conor and GSP in the same breath. Also, Tristar has had many decent UFC fighters. How many has Kavanagh had? Two? Hahahaha!
Sure hope that was a troll.
