Every time I see it, I think - dean those clippers can leave them kinda sharp can't they? It could be nasty, lol, but the thought of them also then filing them smooth is somewhat hilarious to consider

just go to full gloves, like mittens
they could still grasp arms and legs, etc
but single fingers wouldn't be there for pokes
when you watch how some fighters push to the face
with their fingers spread, it's ridiculous IMO

right right, I get it.
but there should be some strategy.
tape fingers together? I don't know.
that HW fight no doubt would have been forgettable but
there have been other high profile fights we can all remember
marred by careless eye pokes.

pride fc gloves hid the fingers alot better.

That technique should be 100% legal. Wasn't there a fighter that got punched in the eye but they tried to act like it was an eye poke?
