Final fight prediction - Conor vs Khabib

Not a Conor fan at all, and I’m really pulling for khabib. But my brain says Conor r1/r2 by TKO.

Bovada’d that and khabib throwing the first strike.

Condense the entire Alvarez fight into 3 minutes, and that's what I guess it will be like. Khabib will get hit early on, panic will settle in, he'll rush the takedown attempt and Conor will land a couple of big ones for the stoppage.

Pretty much agree. I can’t see khabib successfully closing the gap without avoiding trauma.

Secondly, haven’t seen this mentioned a ton, but we know for sure Conor shows up well in big, tense moments (Chad fight, Aldo, Eddie). Khabib has never fought in anything close to this high profile of a fight. Not to say he won’t rise up, but I’m putting my money on what I know, not what I hope.

Yes. McGregor has been proven and tested in occasions like this, he obviously enjoys the spotlights. We don't know if Khabib folds under pressure. Conor has already made some of the best look like amateurs in there. I'd love to see this fight last a bit, but the most probable outcome is 1st round win for Conor.
