I think it’s time for me to start a media blackout. I’ve been nerding out on the Gamefaqs boards, theorycrafting and stuff, but now that the chapter completion trophy titles are also out, it’s starting to get reaaaally spoilery.

Also, it looks like more and more detail leaks are starting to trickle in…

If anyone here is going to check the dedicated SOP & trailer tomorrow and wants to give like a 1-10 rating on how spoilery they are I might still give that a look, but other than that, nah.

There’s already some small spoilers circling the internet. Had one spoiled for me. The trophy list is already revealed and one says “defeat _______”. Might be best to delete Twitter, I just didn’t expect something that early.

The first and only time I beat a game and started it right back up in hard mode and went through it all again. The only thing I didn't do was the final chapter on hard mode. Got burned out by then but yea nearly 100 hours in that game from what the Sony time says.

Demo is out! Totally weird, was just using the PS app and saw a post on the blog 2 mins ago. Lol and they deleted the post. Edit: Someone screwed up. It was a 30 second video showing sephiroth and cloud batting together. Then some open world with the bottomswell boss fight, I guess we are doing both in the demo.

Had to turn it off after a minute. At least the spoiler trophy boss I mentioned doesn’t seem to be a big deal since they showed that off in the first minute or so. Looks like a goty title

right so I haven’t watched it but due to some expert spoiler dodging skills I basically learned a couple things:

- most people say the SOP showcase they did showed “WAY TOO MUCH” (and so I will definitely NOT watch it)
- demo contains the complete Nibelheim flashback (progress being able to be carries over to full game) and the Junon area later on 21 February. Downloading this shit right now).

I went to sleep hella early and without putting alarms still woke up on 01:15 AM local time here. Will catch a couple hours of sleep more so I can wake up and play the demo before work. Will report back here once that is the case
