I always felt this stoppage was premature, and this gif confirms that it was stopped after GSP missed one of the 4 knees he threw. Kinda funny that his last conventional finish at 170 came from missing a knee to the ribs of a downed opponent.

Gsp Hendricks immediately comes to.mind. Georges looked like he was happy just to be breathing let alone basking in any glory. That was such a shit decision.
I'll add bj-gsp 1. Georges looked like he almost died at the end of that fight he knew he lost and again the judges fudged that one too.
Ninja rampage. Even rampage knew he lost he said it himself in the ring lol.

Why would you assume I'm hating on Hughes to mention what is, in my opinion, the perfect embodiment and epitome of the thread title? He went out from the triangle and woke up thinking he lost, not knowing that they both went out and he woke up first. All other examples are decisions with either fighter guessing who "won".

Maybe Jones/Hammil and Silva/Okami 1 are close, but Hughes straight up thought he lost. You can see and hear his confusion.

Good luck keeping this account. Maybe you can make another clever username once it's banned.
