Aldo vs mcgregor
My coach told me something that’s always stuck with me. Being a fighter on the lower level where you need a job too, it’s hard to make it to the gym every day. He said no matter what, the one thing you can control is your cardio. If you have to get up early and run or do it late at night it doesn’t matter. You have to do it. You should never lose a fight from being tired since it’s the one thing you can control.Conditioning is the probably the important part of fight prep.
There's no if's about it. Saying a fighter lost because they gassed is redundant. They lost - period.
It amazes me how many guys that slow down 3-4 minutes into a fight in the biggest organization in the worldMy coach told me something that’s always stuck with me. Carwin against Lesnar tops the list. Carwin gassed himself out and couldn't even throw a punch.gogogo
They weren't gassed, they were fucking out of shape. Both didn't take this fight serious.
A. great fightJust watched Hughes Penn 2 again...perfect example

Are you implying that I'm saying Lesnar got lucky? Is what I said false?Yeah... he just, uh, could not throw a punch! Could. Not. Do it.
How convenient for Dana and the Fertti–
...I mean, what a fortunate turn of events for Brock!
Recently Andrew Sanchez against Ryan Janes. Sanchez beyond gassed and got Tko’d By Janes which has terrible striking and moves like a robot. It was pretty bad.
