Kinda more like he tried to argue with Herb he TKO'd Bisping.
 
Murilo Ninja soccer kicked Daijiro Matsui really hard and Matsui turned away. A clear sign he was done.

The ref didnt do shit and Ninja looked exasperated

but since the ref did nothing he walked over to matsui and stomped on his head a few times and then the ref panicked and stopped it
