For some reason the Joanna v Claudia TUF finale main card is still blacked out...But, i can watch the entirety of the RDA v Alvarez Fight Night card. How does this make any sense?!

I have DirecTV and Fightpass, there's absolutely no reason why they should blackout these events for any time period when other events don't have the same blackout.

I messed up and didn't record the main event to watch JJ v Claudia, i recorded the prelims but not the main, doh.

Same as most other peoples problems with Fight Pass..... Fix your PC;

Upgrade the version of Java or something

Theres a subtle difference.

RDA v Alverez was a fight pass only event so its naturally available from immediately after the event.

Joanna v Claudia was a Fox event, so its subject to the usual restriction and isnt available in some areas till a few weeks later

hmmm, i'll try it i guess. i have no problems playing other fights though.

What do those lightning bolts on the video timeline mean?

So Chrome doesn't support some plugins is what i found. it seems weird that the plugin for the TUF finale would be different than say, Jon Jones v Rua, which i can watch with no problems.

I have found that too. Chrome is my default browser and is way past IE or Firefox, but for some reason I have ran into several websites that Chrome did not support the plugins.

You must be in an area, or VPN, to get access, even when i switched to Safari it still says the main card is blacked out (for USA anyways). ugh, i was hoping it would be lifted by now.

Anyways, i find it annoying that "free" events are blacked out on my paid service. They need to work out a better deal with FOX because it's not like FOX is replaying the broadcast over and over again and will lose ad revenue if it's on the streaming service within a day or two.

Thanks for the help. sounds like i just gotta wait

What this guy said ^
If you use a VPN you can bypass the blackout, and anything that airs on fight pass stays there immediately after, such as tv events in unblocked countries. So you can use a vpn to watch events on fight pass the next day too if you missed it live
