Fighters With Noticeably Bad Posture

Hendo brain-farted big time in the Belfort rematch. Like you said, he was very obviously looking for a right hand, but he kept hesitating. It looked so awkward and then BOOM headkick.

he got head kicked as he was standing up from already being rocked.....

Do you mean posture DURING a fight? Or everyday posture?

Mousassi has AWFUL posture in everyday life. A huge case of anterior pelvic tilt and kyphosis.

Conor McGregor also has awful posture, extremely internally rotated humeri, and some kyphosis (hunch-back posture).
I've read that a lot of athletes have these conditions as a result of their sport and working out with weights. Makes me feel better about my own APT but I'm not exactly an athlete.

How did you get the dubs, man?

Hahaha...I didn't sit back and take their attempted gangbang in the OT. Something about me pwning brutally using bodily fluids :) . Good times, they're kinda clicky in there, guess I'm not one of the cool kids...no biggie.

Is TS talking about normal everyday posture or in the cage fighting stance? Either way, G-Sot probably takes it

Conor's posture has always irked me.

Mousasi seemed to have an extreme variant of it.

Conor seems to have a normal body but he hunches because he is constantly flexing which makes his shoulder roll forward.
When you see him in fights he stands very upright.

If I'm correct, a lot of boxers have the same type of body.

Lol at all these Mousasi posts..He might be a little flat footed while he fights but that's about it.He has a natural hump in his upper back. This thread is a little silly cause only fighters could probably point out any compromising posture.

It's only one example, but Mike Brown got KTFO by Siler for coming in with ridiculously bad posture, it was like he thought it was a wrestling match lol BOOM uppercut.

It reminded me of Vitor's first knockdown of Hendo in ther second fight.

Best posture might be Ror-Donald - he's always back straight up, bending his hips jumping in and out with little movement or arching of back unless throwing punch. A lot of the karate guys like Machida, Nelson also show these traits.
