All I can think of right now is Bas Rutten and Lesnar after his diviculitis

Conor wasn't the same after his ACL, he was better.

I think the reverse is a better question. Who was the same after an injury.

Shogun... dem knees (how many reconstructions?)

Carwin... injury + stricter drug testing coincides with retirement...

Im a believer you can never go back.... so with an injury it may heal but nothing is ever going to be the same

GSP definitely lost a step after his knee injury. He came back probably the best a multimillionaire athlete could but at the end of the day he suffered one of the worst injuries possible and he's still only human. Pre-surgery GSP would have had a even easier time with Diaz and wouldn't have gotten a split with Hendricks. He looked as good as you could expect in the Condit fight.

TJ's concussion was truly heartbreaking. He fought as an undersized WW, and when he finally landed where he belonged in the first place, a freak training accident pretty much ended it all.

He's such a welcoming and down to earth guy, humble and personable despite the success he had.

Mousasi hasn't been the same since his knee injury, I had a bad feeling he wouldn't do super well coming into the UFC off an ACL tear.

Conor ruined Aldo's salt levels forevah

Rampage was DONE after Jones messed up his knees

Tito Ortiz for sure. After his bad back issues he went down hill
