The question mark kick is probably the highest level kicking technique that actually works consistently in MMA.

Apart from Adesanya and Rockhold, who else throws question mark kicks in MMA? I know Condit used them sometimes

Might as well also name some kickboxers

Jiri used to throw them quite often, but it leaded into takedowns.

Adesanya is right up there with Luke.
He used it effectively against Brunson I think.
He actually uses it as a counter for side kicks to the leg as demonstrated against Whittaker.
