People like Kenflo and gustufasson come to mind , like none of their wins I care about but their losses impress me ? Any others Brandon Vera gave shogun a hell of fight. Chad mendes for sure

Overeem. He is almost always up on the scorecards right till the moment he gets KO'd.
 
Silva looked good in losing to Bisping all things considered. He didnt get KTFO'd and didnt break his leg and actually did a ton of damage so...silva. Also conveniently any Erik Silva fight. Dude looks like a monster then loses big lol. Also Hendricks was in the best shape we prolly ever seen em post USADA (not sayin just sayin) and still got brutalized. Overeem looked amazing vs browne and bigfoot. Frankie Edgar, Carlos Condit, and Gus get honorable mention too. Thats all I can think of loll.

Gustafsson seems the obvious choice. His two best performances to date are versus Jones and Cormier.
 
Fucking Masvidal always look like he could be the best of the world when losing split decisions.
 
I have a great one: Matt Grice.
 
Masvidal, Edgar, Holloway, Eddie Alvarez, Rory Macdonald, Condit, Jacare Souza, and Gus
 
Guida. I don't how many people loved him and thought he was an exciting fighter. Usually when he wins it's via hugging like really holding people down and killing time. In the fights when he could not hold down a guy and was taking a beating were usually the most exciting (except for that Maynard fight. What the hell was that?).
 
Kenflo? He didn't look good at all in his defeats. Got smoked by Maynard and tried to wall and stall BJ and Aldo.
 
we recently found out that Conor Looks bettar in a RNC than in one of those plaid suits. Nyuck, Nyck
