According to the fitness world, anybody can become shredded if they really try and diet properly but from MMA experience there is always fighters who simply can't get shredded.
Now I don't associate shreddedness with how good a fighter is but I find it weird how pro athletes cant get shredded.
Take Kenny Florian for example even @145 had abs since lw, but he looked the same when moving down.
BJ Penn is another guy who cutted to 145 and isn't shredded.
Daniel Cormier looks exactly the same as heavyweight.
Demian Maia looks the same at 170
Now I know some of these guys were small for their weight classes but you would think them going to a lower weight class would make em shredded but it didn't.
So is it just genetics, can some ppl simply not get shredded? Is it their training and eating?
Do some ppl, not have the ability to cut without losing muscle?
Inb4 brb using imagination since no pics....Sorry I'm using my phone
