I'm all for cutting the these people who call themselves "fighters" but then go in there and do their absolute best to avoid fighting, but saying they're all point fighters is a bit unfair, mate.

Billy Q from yesterday ain't no point fighter. Whenever he gets smacked around he just doubles down and fights harder, unlike a lot of fighters who proceed to just run for the rest of the fight.

Another that comes to mind is Karine Silva. 16 wins and not one of them by dec. None of her wins even reached the third round. She's on a 7 fight win streak at the moment and only one of those girls made it out the first.

Theres more fighters w the dog in em than not. Thats why this is their job in the first place

Yeh, I feel like a lot of fighters just lose that dawg in them the more they fight, which does make perfect sense.

For a lot of fighters, it just starts out as a bit of fun. They're less worried about losing and everything. Probably living at home with their folks and everything's cheaper.

But, closer to that 30 year old mark they've got kids and a house and whatever to pay for, and they know they've only got so many runs at making it left + recovery from wars is taking longer, etc.

A lot of them just lose the dawg in 'em.
