I imagine Overeem and Arlovski sleep like babies. I think DAN henderson has problems sleeping. I remember Gina carano in an interview say she has really bad insomnia. Which other fighters are known to have insomnia? While others can sleep like a baby on a stone. Can this attribute to having a good chin?

How would insomnia link to having a good chin?

Arlovski and Overeem sleep well because they get KO'd every time their head hits the pillow.

Chuck Liddell looks like he could use some sleep.
I think he sleeps like a baby, dude was knocked out on a tv show. Lol, I would think he would have some nerves being on live tv, and the nerves would keep him awake no matter how tired he was. Dude gives no fucks. Fell asleep sitting up. I've only fell asleep sitting upright twice in my life. Once was from being at a concert for 15 hours entirely on my feet the whole time. I slept in the back seat of the car on the way home. The other time was back from a wild trip from Tijuana. Also in a back seat of a car. My friend who was driving was having trouble staying awake. I told him my secret which worked. I told him to pluck a nose hair. That shit woke his was up.

GSP probably up all night dreading this...

Junior Albini needs frequent diaper changes.

I've been having issues with sleep lately. Just wanted to know if there are other insomniacs out there in the fighting world. Overeem can sleep through anything I bet.

Lifelong insomniac here. I doubt it has anything to with one's chin.

Odd topic even for Sherdog.

You're hard to put down. Sleep evades you. You try sleeping pills, they don't work. You finally get sleep when youre completley exhausted and you manage to get 5 hours or so. While if someone is asleep the minute their head hits the pillows seems like a lull in conversation can whisk someone away to dream land. Borderline narcolepsy

In the latest reem episode he mentioned he has afternoon naps every day

Well I'm glad I brought it up. What helps you finally get to sleep? I notice it has to do with my mood. The happier I am and less anxious, the better sleep I get. If my mood doesn't improve the only other thing is exhaust myself through working out and fasting. Deprive my body of fuel and you can't even think straight to be in a bad mood or anxious. You just knock out eventually. I have ambien and Xanax. Xanax sometimes helps, but I'm trying not to use it. I know last time I took ambien like 10 years ago, it really worked well, also seroquel really works. I have mental issues that I need help with. Currently struggling. I feel hopeless sometimes. Good and bad days. Today is in between. It's ehhh.

have we run out of thread ideas that we've resorted to this? fucking lol

Still don't see how that links to ones chin.

It completely sucks. Having a bad night every now in then is no big deal.

Every night just wears you out. I take doxylamine and clonidine. It sucks having to take drugs just to freaking sleep.
