I know for a fact that Dan Henderson isn't 5'9. I've seen him in person many times and he's legitimately and inch shorter than me, so that puts him at 5'11.

funny a 5'9 chubby guy was smashing guys like bigfoot and every other hw he faced. He is like your typical american; height and fat wise, but also strong, athletic and at the same time in shape.

I would have to agree with ts on the 1inch rule, i've met diego the guys about 5-8 rashad i would put at around 5'10 bj penn is about 5'8, rampage is around 5'11 no way hes 6'1 anderson is around 6'1 close too 6'2 cain is about 6 maybe 6'1

Well I know that I'm really 6 feet and there's no way Hendo is three inches shorter than me. As I've said I've seen him a good amount of times because i've trained at his gym on multiple occasions and he's always in.
