It's funny because Mario was throwing hands and lighting Mix up for 3 rounds while Mix was the one doing basically nothing, and the crowd were still booing the shit out of Mario and the fight hahaha.
No one is ever going to forgive him for that Aldo fight lol.
It's not like he's some guy who was always boring either. I remember most of his fights before that were pretty much all action.

My point is Lombards debut against Tim Boetsch. He was an absolute killer in Bellator. Ufc may have paid a hefty sum for his acquisition. Then he was put in marquee position on a ppv against Tim Boetsch. Someone everyone thought he'd run through
But it was a nothingburger fight. A lot of staring. He seemed constipated and terrified and fuck it was a disappointing fight. Tim somehow got the judges nod, just did enough. And granted Tim did pretty well in ufc but they both sucked that night

Not so much for me because he's a decade removed from his prime so I wasn't expecting much. He didn't have high expectations, if anything watching him made me sad that he couldn't have come over sooner

Sorry I don't watch Bellator bum fights anymore. I legit thought that company was out of business. Horiguchi is the only decent guy you listed and he's... no longer UFC caliber. Just like your buddy Patchy Mix.
"UFC caliber" LOL. Have you seen some of the cans they put on cards these days? The guy who KO'd BJ penn in a street fight could probably co main some of these events.

Carlos Condit lost his debut to Martin Kampmann and went on to be one of the most skilled and exciting welterweights ever. Give Patchy a few fights, maybe don't give a top 5/10 for his first fight. I think he just had a bad night and Bautista is super tough.

Paddy came from Cage Warriors and is near a #1 contender fight
DDP came from KSW and is MW champ
Kayla Harrison came from PFL and is the Womens BW champ
There's probably more. For some reason Bellator fighters come over and don't do so hot.
