If Figueiredo & Moreno fight next month, then that will determine 2020's Fighter of the Year.

If Figueiredo wins, he'll have victories over...
-Benevidez X 2
-Perez
-Moreno
...all in Title Fights.

That would make him a lock for Fighter of the Year.

If Moreno wins, he'll have beaten...
-Formiga
-Royval
-Figueiredo
...and will finish the year as FLW Champion

IMO, that's a better run of wins than either Chimaev or Holland (even if both win their next bout).
