Why didn't the ufc instead of exiling former sponsors like Badboy, Hayabusa, etc.. just run commercials of the clothing brands on fight pass during live events and Invicta/Titan shows then give the spent money to fighters as extra income?

They had a couple different ones. I remember one distinctly with Chris Weidman for Bad Boy.
