Fantastic year for fights though.

I dont know why people hold Condit Lawler in such high regard as far as the best fights of the year go. Apart from a brief knockdown in round 2, pretty much nothing of note happened in the first 4 rounds. Granted, the last round might be the best round in Welterweight championship history, but i dont think it quite makes up for the meh first 4 rounds.. just my opinion though.

I saw 'Creed' tonight and its amazing to me how much Choi-Swanson played out like the finale fight in the movie.

That fight really was on a different level. They both wanted to kill each other but were each unwilling to be the one who gets KTFO.
