Fight Night Champion is now backwards compatible on the Xbox One

Hopefully this means that there is another one in the works. This game was the main reason I have been keeping my 360 around. I just thought I would give you guys a heads up. It's kind of ridiculous that we haven't had a boxing game on this gen of consoles yet.

I bought it a couple weeks ago and I'm having a blast with it. Nothing is more satisfying than popping those flush counters.

Only problem I'm having with it is I can't access my 360 profile through it, no matter what I do. This means I'm limited to only playing exhibition mode with a whole bunch of locked fighters. No legacy mode, championship mode etc... really sucks and feels like a Jip for what I paid.

If you go to the game hub for Fight Night on your XB1 and scroll down to the bottom of the page you can install all of the add-on's you digitally purchased on your 360. For example I had purchased the Online Pass, The Legends Pack, and the Alternate weight classes when I first got the game on 360. As long as previously bought them on your same profile you can re download them.

One thing I wasn't able to do though is have all of the boxers from the story mode. If you still have your 360 you may be able to transfer that data from your 360 HD on to the cloud, but I didn't have any luck with it. The online boxer share still works too so I re downloaded other peoples created boxers like Rocky, Apollo Creed, Hulk Hogan, etc...
