Fight Dentist boil and bite?

I am just wondering if anyone has the experience with the boil and bite mouth guard from fight dentist? i am thinking about ordering one but my friends just tell me to get the cheapest custom guard which is like 70 bucks, compare to the 30 bucks boil and bite.

idk, i used the boil and bite when i played rugby. When i trained Mauy thai i rarely spard so i never used a mouth guard
