Walking around I see women wearing less and less clothes.
Walked past a woman yesterday and she only had a small top and a tight underwear-like shorts. Can’t even call it shorts. It’s stick to the skin so you can see all the curves.

Today walking from the train station I saw a girl, maybe 13-14 year old, and she had similar outfit but I could literally see the shape of vagina area.

Others wear all of this plus no bra, so you can see exact shape of boobs plus nipples

Questions:

Is this morally good behavior?

Why aren’t parents saying anything about their underage daughter parading her vagina around town?

There's no such thing as female indecent exposure in modern Western culture. They can basically walk around almost naked in any setting and sexualize the environment at will even if its unwanted.
If you stare at them too long or make any vocalisation or interaction with them that could be construed by them as harassing, you can be arrested.

It's a result of social media meaning a much higher level of competition. Instead of just competing against the locals, the girls now have to compete with girls worldwide so they are leveraging every last aspect. It's a game.

I don't mind if other chicks do it. The only thing that sucks is my daughter wants to dress like the other girls and I won't let her so I seem like the overly conservative parent.

I agree with your sentiment. But at the end of the day, IMO, you aren't doing your daughter any favors. For a couple of reasons:

1) she's probably going to do it anyway, but now she'll be sneaky about it behind your back and lie to you about it.

Or:

2) you've set her up to be an outcast, as all her friends etc are doing it and they won't want to hang out with her because of it. If she's dressed like Mary Poppins and they're dressed like they want to.

It's a tough shitty decision to have to make as a parent, but IMO at the end of the day as long as they're not doing anything to hurt themselves or others, you just have to let them live learn and make their own mistakes in life.

Again, just my opinion and I'm not trying to tell you how to parent your own daughter. Best of luck man.
