My all-time favorite female rock band "Rockbitch" was ahead of their time.

It's too bad they broke up 20 years ago, but they were seriously talented.

I'm a drummer, but their bass player OG co-founder (Amanda Smith-Skinner) was a fucking insane bassist.

Hell yeah !!!! Do I remember RB !! They were massive , but I don't have (strangely) any of their albums .....by the gods !! 20 yrs have passed already from their split up !!! Good thing you reminded me of them ....rock on !!!
 
Rachel Rose had the late great Paul Kantner as her mentor, but could not join J. Starship because of her very young age and inexperience, so she formed her own band called Lightning Rose

The Baboon show are cool for a female fronted punk band despite being filthy marxists/commies.


Foamy Ed from New Zealand had some catchy af tunes as well.
