Fedor VS Phil Davis

Everyone keeps trying to think of a good fight for Fedor since all the good HWs are in the UFC.

We keep talking about shot fighters like Tito, Rampage, Wanderlei, etc.

No one's mentioned Phil Davis anywhere! For some reason, I never thought of it either. But he's a top 5 LHW/ HW in his prime. Now that I think of it, it's a no-brainer.

It's the one top guy outside of the UFC they can have fight Fedor. If Fedor wins, it'll actually be a great victory to add to his legacy. You can't say that about any other possible matchup outside of the UFC.

This fight needs to happen!

Stop trying to pair light heavyweights with heavyweights. It's lame. I don't want to see Fedor get his as kicked by Phil Davis or King Mo. Fedor should fight only heavyweights, and light heavyweights should only fight other light heavyweights.

Because the Japanese and Russian audiences don't care about Phil Davis, and Rizin isn't too concerned with what we want to see. Maybe Bellator would put that fight on down the line.

It would be a good fight, and I agree he's one of the better options but business-wise it doesn't make any sense for Rizin.
