Fedor open to fight at UFC 200? Maldonado is scheduled to fight in may

Well, we all know that Fedor was scheduled to fight Maldonado in June, but today the Combate.com (UFC Official broadcast in Brazil) confirmed that Maldonado is going do fight this "1Round Combat" event in may.

So, this might mean that the fight with Fedor got canceled... Why would Maldonado risk to ruin the biggest fight of his career fighting in may?

God stop with the fedor shite. Guy is way past his prime. Only way I could be less interested in a fedor fight would be if schaub came out of retirement to face him. He's like one step away from doing payday loan commercials like montel Williams.
 
Pretty sure he just uses the UFC name to promote himself, pretty smart but really fucking annoying.
 
UFC would have to sign Kimbo or Dada 5000 so Fedor would have someone to fight.

Always been a big Fedor fan, but he's been irrelevant for a long time now. He's way past his prime at this point
This un-retirement seems to be all about getting paid good money to crush cans. Not that I necessarily blame him. It's a good gig of you can get it.

Big Fedor fan and I consider him the greatest HW to date...but yeah this train has been going on for a long time...I fell off the damn thing years ago and I am not getting back on.

They have realised while Maldonado is limited he can punch , so they have decided to find Fedor somone much smaller and even older to fight.
 
IF Fedor is on UFC 200.... it would literally be the greatest/biggest MMA card I've anticipated since Fedor/Crocop in 2005.

Maldonado's fight in May was already in place before his June fight with Fedor was announced. Nothing has changed.
