Fedor really was a special fighter in his best years. I really don't see DC or Jones beat him. He was just too fast, slippery and dangerous all over, and his transitions were unreal for a guy that size. Even his striking was very good for a grappler.

If DC or Jones could outstrike him, they might have a chance, but I would argue Arlovski, Mirko, Hunt, Sylvia, Valavicius, Choi, Jaideep and Semmy are all much better and more dangerous strikers. If it had gone to the ground, we all know it would be over.

We know Jones beats DC.

Fedor is HW goat IMO (and will forever be) but Jones would've picked him apart like everyone else. Fedor is smaller than DC with the same level striking, better submissions but without DC's wrestling pedigree. Fedor's submission skills would mean nothing when the fight would be dictated by Jones. {The BJJ black belts Jones has beat}. Bonnar, Shogun, Glover, Vitor, Rashad*, Vera and Machida; And only Vitor had Bones in trouble for 10 seconds from a grappling standpoint.

Stylistically speaking, Jones is almost custom built for Fedor while DC has a dangerous style for him.

Jones's reach is too long and he manages distance just too well. Fedor would over hand right the air all day.

Considering how Jones was easily controlig DC in the clinch, i can see either tie up Fedor against the cage and work him or peice him up from a long distance.

As for DC, he would wrestle fuck fedor into a decision.
