FBI reopens Clinton investigation as new emails found PART 2

Here's the thing.

The FBI already did an extensive investigation and found a mountain of damning evidence but chose not to prosecute even though anyone else would have had the book thrown at them.

So what is the point of pouring through a thousand emails looking for wrongdoing if your official stated position is she is above the law? Imagine another press conference announcing all her new crimes and capping it off with, but we are still not recommending charges.

This is unprecedented. He knows full weight of this. My guess is he had a hand in suppressing evidence and conducting the first investigation in a manner that would get her off. But this evidence was found via an unrelated case by agents that are not corrupted. They probably presented the evidence to Comey with a warning that if he doesn't do the right thing that they will leak it to the media.

He never had a chance to manipulate this investigation. He didn't get to handpicked the agents to conduct it and now has no choice but to conduct a real investigation or destroy all credibility the FBI has.

Realize she is still a huge favorite to win which means he is most likely out of a job for this.

Former United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova suggested Friday James Comey's reopening of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails was the product of a "revolt" inside the FBI.

"These were found on the phone that was used by Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin," he said. "Why was that phone not looked at originally?"

"There could be one explanation: Huma Abedin may have denied that any other phone existed, and if she did, she committed a felony. She lied to the FBI just like General Cartwright, and if she did, she's dead meat, and Comey knows it, and there's nothing he can do about it."
