Favorite pre workout meal

    I've found a baked sweet potato and a glass of water to be a pretty clean tank filler. What are some of your favorites?

    Playin poker with my sister's kids
    Banana, peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat bread. Damn are they exquisite

    Well u want somthing not to heavy on the stomach dont wana bring it all back on ur sparing partner , Maybe potatoe chicken 1 hour before training . or a protein shake and a gatorade

    I'd go with protein pre-workout and the carbs after the workout.
