A bunch of my friends had those Sidekicks... and of course Blackberries were king for a few years before Iphone came out

I remember ads for those being everywhere, but I never knew anyone that actually had one

It's the first phone that came to mind but I had a few LG flips that were cool too.

Both were weird, one had an odd type of outer display and the other had a camera that rotated front to back.

I've learned that I like a strange/fun phone and LG was good at making them for a long time.

Always wanted that matrix phone though.

I had this fancy pants special edition red Nextel chirp flip phone back in the early 2000's, it had a bunch of red lights inside and would glow real bright when you were talking on it, used to get a lot of attention in the bars and clubs, it was a simpler time

It was a Swiss Army knife special edition so it came with this tiny little fold out knife with all kinds of gimmicks and gadgets attached to it
