He won the belt at WW :/ Whatever i dont have the energy or care enough to argue with you about it. He also beat Renzo at WW... Beat Hughes twice. Split decisioned GSP. He was just fine as a WW

in the early days of the ufc they was 155 for period of times so when he might been fighting at 170 there wasnt gsp or matt hughes at first tthere. once those guys started to come along bj penn was out powered buy larger stronger fighters. bj went back to 155 when the ufc make the morden weight classes there are now.

Maybe ole Rockhold could train with them and learn something... haha
Yeah he could learn a thing or two about boxing aswell. His kicks are awesome but damn does he suck at getting hit. He's been brutalized more times than either Diaz brother and has half the fights.

Shit Nick and Nate have never been clearly fucked up like he has in all his recent fights. And he's amazing on the ground. Really makes you wonder what the fuck they're teaching him over there.

What about when he went and beat Renzo? Another top 10 WW outside of the UFC.

And if thats the case why did he go back there when there was a 155 weight class? I dont think that has anything to do with it. Once again i dont care to argue. bye

Clicked on Gomi, changed to Daley. Can’t go wrong with most of em but those two stand out

My friend and I watched the Diaz vs Daley fight high on mushrooms. He wasn't a fan of MMA before that and I remember him saying "It's like these guys are actually trying to KILL each other!!" while we were high as fuck watching it. I was so glad I could turn him into a fan of MMA by watching the fight live with him. When I re-watched it sober later it wasn't anywhere near as intense as when we were on shrooms, but still an amazing back and forth striking war none the less.

fighting gsp matt hughes and nick diaz at the end of the prime years were all huge pay days for him.

Penn was born into money that's not what it was about for him

Either way that Diaz best win. Pretty sure he didn't fight Fitch for big money 1 fight previous

First round with Anderson is easily the most entertaining non fighting round of a fight. He showed nothing but respect to Anderson but once the cage closed Diaz took the taunting over 9000

{<goku}

I couldn't stop laughing in disbelief. And Anderson did nothing. Granted he was coming back from a horrific injury but still no one has ever done that to Anderson.

You'd think it would have triggered a roid rage given how juiced he was for that fight...

Daley.

Gotta rewatch the Lytle fight. That fight should have been bananas.

Gomi. Legendary fight, legendary finish.

Hard to pick just one, Nick's been in so many great fights. War Nick.

I picked same one, maybe bias because I went to it live.

The Karo/Nick/Diego round Robin was crazy too

Even a sucker punch to someones back and he still has no power.

that is not his best win. BJ wasn't even fighting in the right weight class in the first place.

BJ at his peak was better than Gomi but that Gomi fight was in 07, much closer to either of their peaks, and Gomi was widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best LW on the planet.

Think 07 Gomi at LW is a bigger win than BJ at WW in 2011.

Also, Frank Shamrock.

If ya missed it, watch badass 19 year old Nick's first fight for proof of what warrior traits Nick showed us all for years to come, fighting the best guys out there.

Two greats that don't alway get the hespect they truly deserve.
