So many good flying armbars. There's a good compilation vid on youtube. Not sure who was first. Could be its own thread.
The moon wolf was the first and only IMO.

I believe Royce smothered someone with his Gi in an early UFC. I'm not ashamed to say that a fat guy tapped me in the same fashion when I was a white belt. A face full of sweaty gi is kinda like being water boarded.
Needs more Genki Sudo:

this was a great post/selection. How did you not get more likes for your trouble? The selection criteria was simple; moves that we hadn't seen yet. They didn't necessarily have to result in a finish.
EDIT: Apologies for incorrectly using the term "signature move." I'm looking for moves that we had never seen in MMA, regardless of whether they were named or repeated.
EDIT X2: Sorry for the lack of GIFs. I'll do better next time.
Let's vote.

You should've bashed mcgregor
The flying kick DC threw at Mir.
Genki Sudo was a signature move. Even his moving inside the ring/cage. Maybe my all time favorite fighter that never won a belt except Yamamoto's UFC Belt in a bet.
Luke Rockhold question mark kick
you should add Sudo's helicopter leglock thing
Ronda armbar
Hunto Atomic Butt Drop. Epic move, I wish he would do it more, he could become UFC HW champ if he did it every fight, its a fight changer and the most devastating underused move to exist.
