Favorite Halloween or Holiday Decorations

At my old place we had a couple of houses that went all out, fill the yard with horror crap for halloween, twenty foot skeletons, light show timed to music that they could see from space X-mas disolays etc, but I'm a fan of the understated houses that get a whole lot out of 1 or 2 pieces.
