Any sort of steamed pasta/stir fry is usually decent. You get into the weeds with the big TV dinners, because nothing cooks evenly. You get lukewarm meat, nuclear hot mashed potatoes, and a burnt to crisp dessert that even the dog won't eat.

Lasagna, pizza nothing too fancy. Weird thing, some frozen pizza taste better than pizza in some restaurants.

Any thing instant in cardboard is full of crap
Seriously could cook enough chicken and veg in 30 mins for a whole week and it's taste a million times better.
