Gonna have to call it Rumble, just for being such an unnecessary stereotype. Sure Blaster was more egregious with the jive this and cracker ass that but see he was a boom box and that's how boom boxes talk. On the other hand Rumble, like Ryan Gosling, is this inexplicable mook from the Roarin 20s for no reason. Heey, I'm a robutt over here!

Soundwave. Not much of a talker, but could carry around other Decepticons like a mule, but in his chest, not his butt.

The Decepticons Mini-Cassettes. Frenzy, Rumble, Ravage, Laserbeak and the one that wasn't Lazerbeak.

Astrotrain. Flying train/bus thing that the Decepticons used to get to work.

Devestator. The first of the gestalt combiners and the most memorable.
