Although I exercise regularly, and try to eat healthy, I really don't understand why people care. Not to sound cliche or anything, but we are all going to die. It's none of my business, so I don't care. Aesthetics only last a few meager years, then your body gets old and dies off. Personality, life experience, attitude, etc, mean a lot more than what someone looks like. Everybody wants to be respected, just as you want respect for yourself. I feel the same way about make up. Why put on make up to cover up your face? nobody really wants natural anymore.
I don't care that much tbh. If someone is fat, that's on them. But this fat acceptance movement is the type to try and make me feel guilty for not finding them attractive. I'm "fat shaming them" if I say its not attractive.
