No, the other guy had it right, it was Arlovski-Buentello @ 15 seconds, I remember it now.

Im not 100% sure if the Arlovski sub is the quickest ever but its definitely up there.

Nope. Arlovski KOed Buentello faster and Tito KOed Tanner with a slam faster too.

I'm not entirely sure this list is accurate, but I think the fastest title fights are:
