Yeah I know it's true I've read many experiences and listened to plenty of talks on what it's really like under communism (USSR specifically) and how things operate. It's glazed over in the West because the people who control the West also want a communist control system. It's totally corrupt and shitty for the people not enjoying the lavish wealth at the very top controlling and rigging everything. It's similar in any communist system by the sounds of it.

That might actually be correct. Not a lot of colour at the highest echelons of law enforcement. They often fail the written lieutenant and sergeant exams. I don't know if they're being passed over for promotion or it's only because of the poor exam performance.
