The same argument was made by John McCain. It's an issue... but not one that I think has to be a deciding factor. Especially if the VP is a solid choice. McCain chose a terribly annoying running mate. I still cant stand to hear her talk.

Loopy Sarah was the gateway drug to Loony Donny. Ironic given how badly McCain is despised by Trump. Trump doesn't realize he owes McCain his seat in the Oval Office.

When you factor in Trump's "executive time" and Mar-a-Lago getaways eight years as president would only be the equivalent of about one year's work for Clinton or Obama. Even Fat Donny has the stamina for that.

I've seen this with every president I remember. It's almost as if years in office equate to dog years.

I don't think age should be the determining factor. In Bidens case he's a legitimate creep, and in Sanders he's a socialist. I don't want either running the country I call home.

There are a lot more important reasons not to support Biden or Bernie for president in my opinion. Age is only a factor when you have alternatives. I would support a 90 year old who supported my views over a 40 year old leftist, but that obviously wouldn't be an ideal situation to be in. The younger democrats are a new level of stupid though.

The unfortunate issue is that there is a very real and understandable tendency to deny or ignore any decline, while at the same time more and more people are getting well into old age while retaining pretty much all their faculties. We can't really know who is who yet. I wouldn't take that chance with the POTUS.

Retaining "pretty much everything" isn't good enough. We're talking about the most important job in the world.

Look what happens to elite athletes who lose 1% of their ability. They get pummeled out of the rankings brutally.

A 70 year old has lost a lot more than 1% of their ability. 70 year olds shouldn't have the most important job in the world.
