Has anyone here tried Perineural Injection Therapy for chronic pain?

I’ve been researching it as a potential treatment for nerve-related pain and inflammation, but I’d love to hear firsthand experiences.

Did it help with pain relief or mobility? How many sessions did you need before noticing improvement? Were there any side effects?

I’m particularly interested in its effectiveness for long-term conditions like neuropathy or joint pain.
