What are some matches I can learn a lot from where one of the fighters dominates with the jab? Or footwork/basics overall?

Ike Quartey vs. Vince Phillips and Oba Carr. Those fights are instructive because Quartey didn't have much physical advantages against either fighter, but he never let them pace their energy output.

You can see how the opponents start off with a ton of energy only to burn out because of the constant dodging and manuevering around Quartey's jab.
