IMO there is three factors that impact instant rematches.
1. Nature of Loss
2. History as Champion (eg. Anderson etc)
3. Other relevant Challengers.
While in an ideal world all of these will be considered, for the UFC money talks and if its going to sell PPV's, they'll put it on.

Cain would have gotten a rematch if he didn't pull out, Weidman got lucky when Yoel got caught.
Holly (unless Ronda pulls out), Pettis, Bendo did get a rematch and those a recent champs.

I don't think she wanted a rematch for good reasons, in fact she hasn't fought since.
