gonzalez finally seems to be waking up...2-1 santisma after 3.
 
3-1 santisma...gonzalez had a good stretch late in the rd but not enough to overcome santisma early volume punching.

Same thing, to be honest. I mean, if I'm likely going to lose my country as well as my home, investments, cash, everything I have? Well, I guess you can take me too because I'm going to try to prevent you from doing any of it. Odds be damned.
I honestly believe in the "die on your feet rather than live on your knees" philosophy, it just sucks that anyone is in that position tonight. To have to make that call. Sad.

This is good friggen fight. Their pace and infrequent breaks in action kind of give this one an old school feel.
 
looked like santisma was about to go down a couple of times in rd 8...5-3 gonzalez. gonzalez pretty much in control at this point.
 
What are they talking about? Santisima is throwing back. Do not stop that man.
