I think the problem is that if you charge the dude, you gotta charge the girl. She got punched but wasn't an innocent bystander, she was in the midst of the ruckus which she purposely went to by her own admission. I'm not saying she deserves the same charges as the dude that punched her, just saying she's not completely innocent. The dude that got cracked by the lock, on the other hand, is totally innocent.

Two completely different scenarios.

One you have a man down on his knees with his arms in the air, almost playing peace keeper with everyone.

The other one you have a girl who tweets that she's going to collect Nazi scalps and runs into the middle of a scrap, looking like she's about to throw down before she gets punched.

Not even remotely similar at all. The only thing people are hanging on is the fact that she's a woman. Now if she was a peaceful protester like the guy that got hit with the bike lock, I'd be raging about it. But that's not reality. The reality is that she made claims of violence, joined a violent rally, jumped into a violent scrap and then got violently put in her place. She started out as a savage but in the end she lost so now she's just a scared little girl who didn't deserve to get punched. Screw that. You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.

Terrorist: a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Trying to take out what you perceive to be Nazi's right after you admit you want to "collect Nazi scalps" and running around with a bottle trying to hurt people makes you a terrorist.

She's lucky she wasn't knocked completely unconscious for that.

Pathetic. Hopefully he gets the book thrown at him. Wouldn't be such a big deal to me if he was face to face and throwing punches but there's no excuse for how pathetic someone is for popping out of no where, striking people in the head with an object and then disappearing into a sea of people with a mask. I really hope they have the evidence required on this one.

When you put it that way, throw the fucking book at him. He's not some loon who should be on meds that snapped. He calculated political violence against fellow citizens.
 
Someone attacks another person with a bottle and gets punched and that's the end of it I'm chalking it up to "mutual affray" unless one party or the state really wants to press charges.

Disturbing the peace for either throwing or swinging large glass bottles at people? I'm sure at the least that's brandishing a weapon, if she connected with anyone she's culpable for assault with a deadly weapon.

And to not spend ten seconds googling a topic to only come online and white knight for someone is a big part of the problem with the liberal BS side
