Rumored Ennis vs Teofimo Joint DAZN/ESPN PPV

Lopez got outboxed by George Kambozo ffs. The guy is a straight bum. His chances of beating Boots and Jake Paul’s chances of bearing Usyk are the same.

Lopez fought like a moron which is why he lost to Kambosos. He wasn't outboxed by him. It was a close fight and had Teo fought the best possible fight, he would've dominated and maybe got a late stoppage (he dropped Kambosos). Anyway, thanks for letting me know you're a moron. One more for my ignore list.

“He fought like a moron for all 12 rounds but had he fought the perfect fight he would have won.”

At the same time, don't you think Ennis is a nightmare matchup for Lopez? That length, aggressiveness, size... Lopez can and probably will get off on Boots in a fight but he went the decision with Steve Claggett and won ugly vs J. Ortiz. That means he probably won't have stopping power at 147. And Boots can take a punch.

I see this as a coming out party for Boots, if they ever make the fight.
Not as much as Lopez is the nightmare for him, I think styles make fights, and when you have two highly offensive fighters who can counterpunch who’s best defense is coming forward and exchanging, its gonna be the superior offense that takes it and that’s Lopez. Lopez WANTS opponents like Boots, Jaron wants to exchange and gets smacked around coming in by guys like Karen and Avanesyan, Lopez already has some world level, best-of-the-best scalps on his resume and even against spoilers like Martin and Ortiz he showed he can lunge in and totally overreach from outside completely forcing exchanges on stingy opponents if necessary and still win the exchanges convincingly, so damn athletic,… but Lopez ultimately shines like the sun when his guy actually wants to exchange and that will be boots. Speaking of spoilers, Boots has struggled with the same type of opposition, fighters disengaging who try and frustrate and only fight backing up, so he possesses the same weaknesses. Doesn’t bode well for a fighter who hasn’t risen in his level of competition in 5 years.

You also thought Spence was a nightmare matchup for Crawford when it was obviously not the case.

This is not one of those fights where either boxer has a chance like Biev vs Bivol or Fury vs Usyk. This is an actual mismatch.

Spence who was in 2 car crashes, had permanent damage and whose chin suddenly dissolved any time it was touched?

If it’s a mismatch then it’s a mismatch in Lopez’s favor. Everything Boots is good at Lopez is going to be better at. The size difference isn’t a factor because Lopez has room to go up yet, he’s faster footed and faster hands. He’s honestly just a better boxer too, he’s gonna make Boots look ordinary, well actually, no he won’t, because the fight won’t happen.

Ok then. I’m gonna remember your pick in case the fight does happen.

I'm still not sure ESPN/DAZN will play nice. Hope so. I'm intrigued by this one.

ennis has absolutely no defence
teo is gonna light this guy up
No-head movement is a big word. Indeed, Ennis tends to get hit more than necessary against some of his opponents but it was because he wanted to take a more risky approach.

He could fight Teo with a more defensive counter approach, perhaps.

Ennis uses pivot, and has a very good defense.

i think he can be flashy vs b-class opponents
but thats not gonna work vs teo

there are so many question marks on this guy
ppl say he struggled and got hit a lot because he wasnt used to fighting under the big lights in his hometown
well, wait til he fights a dangerous top opponent under those lights
