Elliot hulse

Seems liek the kinda guy who should do a Joe Rogan podcast

Yeah Eliot's awesome. His breathing techniques make me stay awake better than coffee. He's very dedicated to what he does, so his videos may give off a "wtf is this" vibe, but when you just listen its incredible advice.

Discovered Eliot about a month ago. Very cool guy. I've watched a lot of his Strength Camp and Non Jobs stuff. Guy had a low grade life for a while, but looks to have turned it around for the better. Figured I'd help him out, so I got Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded. It's a good program.

And front squats are better.
Explain why he had a low grade life
...what are you talking about.

I change my av and this happens...

Meh, he's okay.

Lol at the people convinced he's short. He's not. Prejudge much?

Seriously? and he does pro strongmen contests... ?! Gotta look this up.

He competed in LW and MW division. Lightweight is 200 and under and I think Middleweight is something like 200-230

You can see him standing beside Omar Isuf(5'9) who has about an inch over him in one of his videos.

He went to st. Johns college and lived in long island. ..then moved with his parents to Florida...humble beginnings my ass

Hmm.. Not that I give a fuck about how tall or short he is. It's pretty impressive he has success in strongmen, short or tall.

I heard about him on the misc a while back but I haven't watched his stuff. I like Jason Blaha or whatever that icecreamfitness guy's name is. His Layne Norton call out was pure gold.

Just finished watching the vid. It's pretty good. He admitted to cycling too right? He's probably a good guy.

They say its easier to lift heavy for shorter guys.
