Is the dishonest weasel you’re speaking of, you because that was not what she saidRemember that dishonest weasels like Inga were claiming that she fabricated the claim that she had remote NA ancestry in order to benefit in her career (despite the evidence that such a claim conferred no benefit on her). Now that the evidence is in that shows she was telling the truth, instead of apologizing, they're doubling down on the claims or trying to distance themselves. Regardless of how one feels about the seriousness of the primary issue, anyone who cares about this country should be disturbed by that kind of thing.
You’re not disturbed by Pocohantis going to the extra effort to prove her falsehood instead of getting on with the job of senator?Remember that dishonest weasels like Inga were claiming that she fabricated the claim that she had remote NA ancestry in order to benefit in her career (despite the evidence that such a claim conferred no benefit on her). Trump should take one. Honestly what does he have to lose? He hasn’t claimed anythingI guess after all Trump is more native than Pocohantis Warren! Who woulda thought that Pocohantis would be the one to prove it?!
I’m going to start wearing a beaver hat. I’m far more related to Daniel Boone than she is native. I’m very proud of my heritage. My parents had to elope because my dad was too pioneersman for my grandparentsJesus, you hacks have no shame. Brown dug up her old claim to have distant NA ancestry. Then Trump and others demanded that she prove it. Then she proves it, and you ask why she wasted time proving it! And other people are mad because she only proved what she actually said rather than the strawman. It's crazy to see.

DNA... how does that work?
We're psyched because we know we just clinched Florida, Georgia and every place else that likes to do the tomahawk chop.
Deal with it!

I think this is a fair point. It was the Fordham Law Review which described Warren as Harvard's first professor who was a woman of color.
However, I don't think it changes the entire story here. The unmistakable point is that Warren's mother and father had to elope because Warren's mother was a Cherokee. And that story and that point are undercut by this DNA test.
Also, I'm not sure the entire thing is silly. Warren was appropriating minority status.
1. She did more than claim to have trace native American blood. She consistently made sure her ethnicity was listed as Native American rather than white in professional directories; she was celebrated as Harvard's first woman of color professor; and she claimed her parents had to elope because of white anti-Cherokee bigotry from her father's parents. So, let me get this straight:
- Elizabeth Warren, consistent with folklore of her upbringing, claimed to have trace Native American blood
- Donald Trump and right wingers made fun of her, called her a liar, and chortled with racially-tinged jokes
- Elizabeth Warren produced evidence that she does have trace amounts of Native American blood
- And now the right wingers are taking a victory lap.
We're psyched because we know we just clinched Florida, Georgia and every place else that likes to do the tomahawk chop.

I think Warren is a little bit pathetic. But I don't see any reason to accuse her of being nefarious. I think she genuinely believed her family folk lore, and so did her mother.
