Saw that not too long ago. I haven't used a trap bar for over a decade. Pretty smart though, but like anything eleiko it will cost you an arm and a leg. I rather get a SSB and a GHD for that price.

for those complaining about the price, I'm sure Rogue or Titan will have a knockoff available for half the price soon. This is still cheaper than Eleiko's competition barbells.

Rogue will be 1/2 the price
Titan will be 1/4 the price

If I was a competitive weightlifter I would totally get Eleiko barbell. I know their training bar gets a lot of raves. For powerlifting though a Rogue SS OPB or Texas power bar is good enough. I just put my garage gym together not too long ago. Best decision ever

I used to think so too until I had an injury that prevented me from pulling conventional. It gave me an alternative that didn't aggravate the issue. It's also superior to a barbell for weighted jumps and farmer's walks.

My lower back is killing me today ironically. Might end up dusting off my trap bar after all. Weighted butterfly crunches are off the ab menu, back pain started after doing them

honestly, it's that built in jackstand that convinced me this design should win a Nobel prize. That shit is ingenious.
