They've already written off all the decisions of the lower courts but they're going to do the same for the SCOTUS judges, even the ones donnie picked himself will be derided as traitors.

I wonder how much of this legal action is a genuine attempt to overturn the results, and how much of it is just them using it as an oppertunity to fleece their donators for more money.

I remember in 2016 the Green party called for inconsequential recounts for exactly that reason.

Yep. I was watching the feed. The guy basically said he wasn't voting to certify but by law they aren't allowed to vote "no" It's either yes, abstain, or vote to adjorn.

Than he started pressuring state law makers to break the law so now I have no clue what he actually thinks. Maybe OANN and Newsmax convinced him it was rigged after he had initially given up, or he's hoping to secure some kind of a deal for his official concession.

i think its a combination of deal seeking, and a way to raise money for debt....combined with an inkling that he refuses in his own mind to own up to himself that he was rejected by the country.
 
It is so satisfying watching these morons lose time and time again. Every day a new win means Trump is closer to doing something really stupid that might hurt the runoffs in georgia and maybe future elections.

The party is in a really tough spot. I know there is a growing concern that if you keep telling your supporters that elections are rigged then why would they eve show up to vote? In Georgia the candidates have to decide between the President who is going down in flames or angering his supporters who they need votes from. It's beautiful.
 
From Trumps legal team regarding MI certificate:

““Certification by state officials is simply a procedural step," said Jenna Ellis, a legal adviser to Trump's 2020 campaign, in a statement. "We are going to continue combatting election fraud around the country as we fight to count all the legal votes. Americans must be assured that the final results are fair and legitimate."
